Short Sales for For Agents

 

We have been successfully negotiating short sales for a number of years and would like to offer our experience and success to you and your clients. We offer a couple of programs to agents who do not wish to negotiate thier short sale listings or potential listings.

Referral Program

You can refer your short sales to us and we will provide you with a 25% referral fee. We will treat your client like a family member and list and negotiate the short sale and pay you a referral fee upon succesful close.

Negotiation Program

You take the listing and use our services for negotiation of the short sale. You complete all of the standard paper work, ordering signs and advertising your listing. You are the primary contact with your client. You will be given acces to our software as the listing agent and will be able to follow and check status of the progress of the short sale.

The fee structure is as follows:

Please understand the enormous amount of time and effort that negotiating a short sale creates for us. In some cases, this package can be in excess of 100 pages! Over the next few months, we’ll be in constant contact with the bank on your clients behalf in an attempt to negotiate this loss mitigation service for you.

Because we’re not paid a real estate commission unless your home sells, our NON-REFUNDABLE fee for the mitigation process is as follows:

$500 upon successful close for homes up to $100,000
$750 upon successful close for homes up to $250,000
$1250 upon successful close for homes up to $500,000
$1950 upon successful close for homes over $500,000

 $ 450.00 for three loans Non Refundable Upfront

Plus
$500 upon successful close for homes up to $100,000
$750 upon successful close for homes up to $250,000
$1250 upon successful close for homes up to $500,000
$1950 upon successful close for homes over $500,000

Software Program
